The PrecisION hKv1.2 Recombinant Stable Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying Kv1.2 ion channels, including drug candidates which affect channel function. This cell line enables assessment of ion channel function via detection of electrophysiological signals. The included cell line overexpresses Kv1.2 ion channels. Upon ligand/agonist induced channel activation, response can be detected via automated or manual electrophysiological techniques. The PathHunter GLP1R Total GPCR internalization cell line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) affecting GPCR activation and internalization. This cell line uses EFC technology to measure ligand-induced internalization of GLP1R via detection of localization to the early endosome. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged GLP1R and an EA-tagged early endosome protein. Upon ligand-induced receptor activation, resulting internalization of the GLP1R receptor to the early endosome leads to production of EFC signal.
